There is a exciting buzz in the office as we draw closer to launch and we wanted to keep everyone updated with how we are progressing and what to expect. We have also had a good response via email and on our social channels with lots of recruiters asking questions. We will try and answer those here.
We are currently in the process of building the profile areas for the agencies, we wanted this to be more than an average directory look and feel and want to incorporate things that will sell the agency to a potential employer, this could be in the form of past client testimonial areas, candidate feedback and a message from one of the directors or key people in the company. We could also compliment this with a piece on the office culture and what to expect working with your agency. We are trying a few different ideas currently, but everything looks positive.
Some of the questions we have had include…
“When are you launching and will there be a fee!”
We are looking to soft launch at the end of September, this will give us some time to bring our Founding Members onboard and for them to provide feedback to us. This will allow us to fix any bugs and get a feel of how agencies go through the process of registration etc…
We plan to make our search engine accessible to all types and sizes of agencies. We are going to be offering 6 months free of a yearly package to the first members that sign up. These members will be classed as Founding Members of our search engine and will be entitled to special privileges such as agency spotlight, the ability to post jobs, additional locations and social media coverage.
“Will you be covering my sector and location?”
We have covered all the sectors and industries that exist in the UK and will be adding more as requested by agencies, when creating your profile, we will ask which sectors and locations you would like to be included in. We have options for multi-office agencies and single location agencies.
“How do we sponsor or partner with trusted agencies?”
We will be offering sponsorship and partner options for anyone that might be interested in this. While it’s not something you can sign up for on the site we would more than likely meet your company in person to discuss the options available. We want to give all the agencies in our database equal and fair coverage to employers.
“Will you manage and create our company profile for us?”
Yes! One of the services we provide is a fully managed profile. We will create and write content based around your company’s industry or sector of expertise and ensure it looks great. While we do not list any vacancies for your company you are able to add these and edit your company’s profile at anytime simply by logging in.
“What is the vetting procedure to become a trusted agency?”
This is one of our most common questions. While we have a structure in place to manually check a company’s details, history and current information we would like to take this a step further with testimonials from employers or candidates. We would also like to see some forms of accreditation’s if they are available and that we can validate, this could be REC membership, or an industry specific accreditation.
