Job Description:

Our client is a value driven company with multiple brands across both B2B and B2C markets. They work with multiple high-profile national companies and due to continued investment and company expansion are now looking for experienced, energetic and driven Account Managers to join their team in the Banbury office.

This a new position for the organisation working across five UK brands on a national basis, whilst the role is based in Banbury it will require frequent travel to customers sites.

Main responsibilities:

B2B field-based account management and development, working with existing clients to maximise sales of the current brand they are engaged with, whilst identifying opportunities to cross sell the companies whole service portfolio
Building rapport and relationships with existing clients to identify their needs and objectives, working closely with them to set KPI’s that you as an account manager and the company as a whole can achieve, and report back weekly/monthly on the results generated.
Identifying and securing new customers, onboarding clients and managing their accounts.
Visiting client’s sites to discuss services, SLA’s, and negotiate contracts/prices
Full reporting for each client on SLA’s and added value
Key Skills & Experience:

Previous account management experience, managing multiple clients ideally on a national basis
Proven experience of working to targets
Previous experience in a service-based company ideally within the property maintenance sector
Passionate about providing excellent customer service
Presentation skills
Strong communication skills both written and verbally
A driven, energetic, determined disposition
Additional Information:

This role will involve regular travel across the UK so you must hold a valid UK driving license and have the use of your own vehicle.
